Overview
Vault provides account management features to users to make it easy to administer your Vault account. This article outlines these features and what support resources are available to you.

Administering Your Vault Account
From the Administration section of Vault, you can view your current plan information and the users associated with your account. If you have the admin role privileges to do so, you can also add, edit and modify the users associated with your account.
From the Adminstration page, you can access this information on the following tabs:
- Current Plan Information
- The Current Plan tab provides an overview of what plan you are enrolled in and the services you have purchased.
- Users
- The Users Tab displays a table of all the users associated with your organization.
- Vault currently supports two user roles, which are outlined below:
User Role Create Users Edit User Details Modify User Roles Admin Yes Yes* Yes* User No No No Viewer Role functionality coming soon
*Admin can edit and modify all users except their own. Any admin that wants to make changes to their own role can email vault@archive.org for assistance.
How to add additional users
When logged in to Vault, Admin role users may add additional users to their account by following these steps:
- Click the ‘Create New User’ button on the Users Tab.
- Note: this will only be visible for users who are assigned the Admin role. If you would like to be made an admin, please email vault@archive.org for assistance.
- Add the name and email address of your new user, as well as a username for their account.
- Designate the new user's Role (Admin or User) in the dropdown and click ‘Create’.
- An email will automatically be sent to the user’s email address with instructions to set the password for their new Vault user login.

- Ongoing Support
- Upon production release of the service, Vault will have user support tools (ticket submission, chat support, etc) similar to other Internet Archive services. If you have questions or challenges during this pilot period please contact us at vault@archive.org.
