Overview of the Vault Dashboard
Vault’s interactive dashboard serves as the platform’s landing page and provides a high-level overview of the archived data in your account. From here you can monitor the status of all your archived data, including storage location, fixity jobs, manifests, analytics, and reports, and have direct access to collections and recent activity reports and logs.

- View all or a specific collection.
- Clicking the ‘View’ button beside All Collections provides direct navigation to view all collections. Clicking the ‘View’ button beside each collection provides direct navigation to that specific collection.

Events
The ‘Events’ card displays a list of event types, including deposits, migration events, fixity reports, and additional reports in the future. Events are ordered by the most recent report or event. Events that have associated reports will link to the full report. Some events, such as account setting changes or data migrations do not yet have associated reports but will in the future.

Collections Distribution
The ‘Collections Distribution’ card displays file counts related to your collections in Vault. An upcoming release will include a toggle feature for this chart to also display distribution by data volume.

Regions
The ‘Regions’ card displays the replication of data to different regions. Archived data can be stored in Internet Archive data center locations around the world, including currently 3 nations on 2 different continents. International geographic data replication is not part of the current Vault pilot program, so this card may not be geographically accurate or automatically updated for pilot partners. Select partners already using Vault in a production capacity will see an accurate mapping of the geolocation of their collections.
