Audio file captured in report, but not on page

I've captured a news article that has an audio component. In the report for the crawl, I can get the audio file to play. It's captured. But on the page, it won't play. It won't play in the yellow banner either. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

  Hi Sarah,
  Without seeing the crawl report, it's hard to know what kind of replay issue this is, or if there's a file necessary for replay that is missing.  I'd recommend reaching out and we can help you track this down!
