Overview
Any production (non-test) crawl that stops because of a time, data, or document limit, or that you stop manually, can be resumed within 7 days of finishing. This offers you the ability to extend your crawl to collect more documents than were collected with the original limits.
Instructions
To resume a finished crawl:
1. Go to the crawl report of the crawl that you want to resume.
2. In the blue banner, select Resume Crawl.
3. In the Edit Crawl Limits modal, increase the limit that has already been met.
For example, if your crawl hit its 2000 document limit with 450 documents left in the queue, you could increase your document limit to 2500.
4. Select Resume Crawl.
Outcome
When a crawl is resumed, it will run with the new crawl limits in place. When your resumed crawl is finished running, a full and integrated set of reports will be available.

I searched but could not find an answer to the following question:
If you save a test crawl that finished due to a time limit, can you resume the crawl once the test has been saved?
Thanks!
