test crawl "processing crawl reports" for almost 3 weeks now

I have a test crawl I haven't been able to save because I've been getting the "processing crawl reports" banner since the crawl ended on April 17th. The capture looks good; I just don't have the option to save the data. This is the first time this has happened to me in almost a year of using Archive-It. Does anyone know why this happens? Would you recommend I keep waiting or would it be better to start a new crawl for that site? Or is there another way to fix the issue?

  Ana,

  You just need to submit a ticket. This happens every once in a while. Usually they finish processing on their own within a couple days but sometimes one just gets stuck. The engineers unstuck one of mine earlier this week.
