Why the different number of captures?
I know I don’t have a lot of experience with Archive-It so please bear with me. We were wondering about a different number of captures depending on what tab or heading one clicks on in our portal. For example, if I click on “sites”
It says captured 63 times.
If I click on the agency name (in this case Secretary of State, Oklahoma), it says Captured 21 times
We’re just wondering why one says 63 and the other says 21. My theory is that the 21 crawls are the ones regularly scheduled and the others are crawls at times other than the scheduled ones but I really have no idea.
Thanks for the time and patience to answer this question.

Hello, Samuel. Good question. In this case, the difference represents the different number of times that the the URL sos.ok.gov has been captured 1) across your entire account (63 times) and 2) in the specific Secretary of State, Oklahoma collection (21 times). The first instance is the result of a keyword search at the account level, and so gathers results from anywhere across the account, whereas browsing to the second result takes you directly to the captures of that seed URL in within the chosen collection. Let us know if that raises any follow-up or clarifying questions, of course!
