External webhost pages don't capture/redirect (Sidearm sports)

Our athletics department uses an external vendor (Sidearm Sports) to host their content, and I've encountered a number of problems capturing content hosted there. Initially there was a problem with redirecting pages, and now I'm not seeing any content appear at all in the wayback link from my crawl, although the crawl report tells me that individual pages have been captured. Has anyone figured out a solution? Thanks for any advice.

  Thanks for raising this, Amy! It helped us to resolve issues with Sidearm Sports sites generally. We've established that yours is up and running now via the direct support line. For those reading along in the meantime, you should be able to archive these sites without special scoping rules or tricks, but we'll keep our most up-to-date advice here in case of updates or changes: Archiving Sidearm Sports sites.
