Seeds not showing up in test crawl

I have a test crawl that I need to examine, but the seeds will not load. The crawl data is stuck in the loading phase in perpetuity and the crawl is now almost 10 days old.

I have submitted a ticket about it, but have not received a response.

  I have had several crawls do this to me as well. Please let me know what your response ticket says.
