Captured YouTube page not loading anymore

Hello,

My organization has been capturing its YouTube channel for since 2013 without any problems.  Lately, when I try to access the captured content, the page doesn't load. The header just keeps saying "loading media information" and eventually just stops and all I see is a white page. I'm wondering if anyone had any tips on why this is happening and how to fix it.

  Sorry for the delay! In case you haven't tried this already, we recommend toggling-on the Brozzler tool to collect YouTube seeds completely. If that doesn't do the trick for you, please feel free to drop a Wayback link to your capture here or in a new support ticket for us and we'd be happy to give it a closer look.
