Waiting several days for test crawls to "process reports"
Asking the community if anyone else experiences test crawls showing as "processing reports" for several days after the test crawl has completed? I am now five days since a test crawl was completed and it is still processing reports, which means I can't save or delete yet. Would love any feedback if there is a solution to preventing this (maybe not running several test crawls at once like I have done) or if I should be patient and let the reports take the time they need. These crawls are small in size (300MB to 2.5GB), so maybe I can assume size is not the issue in delayed reports.

I don't believe there's anything we can do to prevent this, it just happens sometimes. I agree that size doesn't have anything to do with it. I've had very small and very large crawls have this happen. If it takes longer than about three days, I just put in a ticket. They can usually get them to finish pretty quickly once they're aware of a problem crawl.
