Support access update: Login is now required for support tickets
To improve security and provide more personalized support, you'll now need to be logged in to Archive-It’s Help Center to submit a support request.
If you access the Help Center by clicking the link in your Archive-It account, you should be logged in automatically. If not, you can use your Archive-It account credentials to log in.
As part of this change, you can no longer submit support requests through the Help Widget in the Archive-It application. Please visit https://support.archive-it.org/hc/en-us/requests/new or click Submit a Request in the upper right corner of the Help Center to send us a help request.
