Updated Scope Rule Names

We’ve renamed some of our seed and collection scope rules to improve clarity, specificity, and consistency of terminology. No action is needed from users as a result of this change. These are naming updates only and do not affect how the rules work. 

Here’s what’s new:
• Block Host is now Exclude Host
• Add Data Limit is now Limit Data
• Add Document Limit is now Limit Documents
• Block URL If is now Exclude Document If
• Expand Scope to Include URL If is now Accept Document If
