Why can't a user I added create a new collection?

I added students in my class as users and the system isn't allowing them to create a new collection. Any ideas why? I've given them contributor access, and I thought that should be enough, but do they need administrator privileges to make new collections?

  Hi Kuhu,

  Contributor level users have the following privileges:

  • Add/edit metadata
  • View reports
  • Access archived content
  • Download WARC files
  • View collection/seed settings

  You can change your students account level to 'User' and they will be able to create collections. You can check out this article to learn more: Assign user access levels.
