text searches not working

Text searches that worked last year are no longer working

"Search Page Text" is not finding words within the pages after several attempts over the past few weeks.

 

Current Archive-It plan does not include the ability to generate a support ticket.

  Hi Kenneth,

  Thanks for the heads-up! Can you give your search a fresh test at your next convenience and let us know here if you still don't see the results? In that case, a screenshot of what you see or an example search query for us to reproduce your results would be helpful. I believe that we've cleared the relevant bottleneck here on our servers' side, so let us know if you still see any obstruction.

  Text search is still not working. I emailed details including a screenshot to you. Let me know if you need anything else in order to resolve the issue.
