How to connect an old URL to new URL
Hello-- we were originally capturing a Swarthmore College club's website at swarthmoreindependent.com, but realized their site has now changed to https://swatindependent.wordpress.com/. We can end the crawl of the original URL and add the wordpress site, but is there a way to link the two so that a user can see previous posts from the original site? And so that the metadata remains intact?
Thank you!

Hi Stefanie,
The best way to let your patrons know about the connection between these seeds is to use metadata to cross-reference related seeds. In particular, the “Group” field is appropriate for this purpose.
I see that we've had a feature request submitted by another partner for this, please feel welcome to up vote and/or add your voice to the thread here. If you "follow" this thread you'll get emails when additional comments are made.
We have instructions on adding metadata and on bulk uploading options in our help center that may be useful. Just let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
Best,
Mary

Hi all,
any updates, from 2017, about this topic?
We have a case of a website with a domain expired, which has therefore been moved on a temporary server with a temporary domain/url in order to allow the harvesting of its updates.
We would like to link the new url with the old url, without the new url is visible.
If we create a group of seeds, we can cluster the links but all links are visibles, right?
Thank you very much,Chiara
