Does data from expired and deleted test crawls count toward our yearly data budget?

Can't find an answer for this in the documentation. Does the new data crawled by test crawls count toward our data allowance *if* that test crawl is deleted or we let it expire?

  Hi Sarah,

  Test crawl data will only count toward your budget if it is saved. Deleted and expired test crawls do not count toward your data budget.
