Testing a new way to reach us: Live chat support
Some Archive-It partners may have already noticed an additional feature to our existing Help Widget while logged into the partner application. In an effort to boost access to support and improve the support experience, we’re excited to announce that we are piloting a live chat support service!
You can help us test this experience! Our Web Archivist team will be online to answer your questions between 9AM - 12PM PST on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays. Simply log in to your Archive-It account and use the Help Widget to submit a question. We will pilot this experience for at least the next three weeks, until February 4, 2022.
