Introducing our live chat support service

As part of our ongoing efforts to boost access to support and improve the support experience, ​​the Archive-It team is excited to announce the return of our live chat support service. Please note that this service is still in its pilot phase.

You can help us test this experience! Our Web Archivist team will be online to answer your questions between 9AM - 12PM PST on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays. Live chat support can be accessed via the Help Widget both through the Archive-It Help Center or by logging into your Archive-It account here.
