We're happy to help you with issues like:
- Collection management
- Crawl scheduling
- Reading and identifying issues in your crawl reports
- Scope rules
- Determining collection vs. replay issues
Note: We can't address issues with common social media or site-building platforms during these calls (ex. Facebook, Twitter, Wix). Please see the platform section of our System Status page and our Help Center guidance on these sites. If you have additional questions about a common platform, submit a support ticket.
