Join an Archive-It Web Archivist for a 1:1 online session to talk through questions about your Archive-It account. This service is not supported for Archive-It Basic or Archive-It Sponsored level subscriptions. 

We're happy to help you with issues like: 

• Collection management 
• Crawl scheduling 
• Reading and identifying issues in your crawl reports 
• Scope rules 
• Determining capture vs. replay issues 

Please note: 

We can't address issues with common social media or site-building platforms during these calls (ex. Facebook, Twitter, Wix). Please see the platform section of our System Status page and our Help Center guidance on these sites. If you have additional questions about a common platform please submit a support ticket.
