Introducing Archive-It Office Hours!
Starting in October 2019 we will be holding monthly office hour sessions. You can sign up for a 20-minute 1:1 online session with a Web Archivist and talk through questions about your Archive-It account.
We’re happy to help you with things like:
- Collection management
- Crawl scheduling
- Reading and identifying issues in your crawl reports
- Coming up with scoping rules
- Determining capture vs. replay issues
This is a pilot project, so we would like your feedback! Please let us know if you have questions or comments, or if you are interested in signing up but are having trouble due to scheduling conflicts or lack of available time slots by emailing ait@archive.org.
Please note:
You will need to have attended an Archive-It training prior to signing up for Office Hours. If you have not yet attended a training you can sign up for one here!
We will not be able to address issues with common social media or web publishing platforms during these calls. Please refer to our help center guidance on these sites and submit a support ticket if you have additional questions about them.
